As I’ve mentioned, my elder son has been riding a Woom NOW cargo bike urban lifestyle bike, and my latest Outside column is about that bike in particular and kids and bikes in general:
Actually, he mostly rides his fixie now, but he still uses the Woom when he has stuff to carry. In fact I’m probably going to put a longer stem on it one of these days and see if I can use it myself once in awhile. This is a little like ordering off the kids’ menu, though usually the servings on there are plenty for a normal-sized adult, and I wouldn’t be surprised if that’s also the case with the Now 6.
Oh, and yes, this column is behind a paywall. Here are your options:
- Pay so I can eat
- Find a way around the paywall
- Wait and see if they take it out from behind the paywall eventually
- Send me enough money and I’ll never write anything anybody has to pay for ever again
Just remember, no matter which one you choose, stop complaining. Hey, cheeseburgers are crap too, but nobody goes to Burger King and whines about how they’re behind a paywall. You can at least extend me the same courtesy.
